Trayectoria

Ángel S. Freire, Socio de Araoz & Rueda desde 2023, se incorporó a nuestro despacho como asociado en 2013. Comenzó su carrera profesional en París en 2008, en el despacho de abogados J.A. Cremades y Asociados, siendo trasladado a la oficina de Madrid en 2009.

Ángel está especializado en Dispute Resolution, contando con particular y significativa experiencia en el área de arbitraje, en la que actúa como abogado de parte, árbitro y secretario administrativo del Tribunal Arbitral en procesos arbitrales de múltiples jurisdicciones e idiomas, tanto ad hoc como bajo los reglamentos de instituciones internacionales como la Cámara de Comercio Internacional (CCI) y el Tribunal de Arbitraje del Deporte (TAS) y nacionales tanto españolas (CAM, CIMA, ASEMARB y Corte del Colegio de Abogados de Madrid) como francesas (Chambre de Commerce et d’Industrie de Paris).

Vicepresidente del Comité Nacional Español de la Unión Internacional de Abogados (UIA) y responsable del Programa de Mentoring.

Formación

Diplomado en el Programa Internacional de Derecho por el Instituto de Estudios Políticos de Paris, Sciences Po (2008).
Licenciado en Derecho por la Universidad de Sevilla (2008).
