National and International Arbitration

We act as counsel in all types of national and international arbitration procedures relating to companies and corporate and commercial contracting, both “ad hoc” proceedings as well as those administered by arbitral institutions.

We have broad experience in arbitral proceedings administered both by the main Spanish arbitral institutions: Corte Civil y Mercantil de Arbitraje (CIMA), Tribunal Arbitral de Barcelona (TAB) and Corte de Arbitraje de la Cámara de Comercio e Industria de Madrid (CAM), and by international institutions, including International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), American Arbitration Association (AAA), Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) and Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC), offering our clients extensive experience in complex arbitrations in a wide variety of sectors.

We also act regularly as sole arbitrators, Chairs or co-arbitrators in arbitral proceedings under the auspices of the ICC, the LCIA, the CAS and the CAM, as well as mediators in mediation proceedings administered both by Spanish mediation institutions: Centro de Mediación y Solución de Conflictos (CEMED) and by international institutions, including International Institute for Conflict, Prevention & Resolution (CPR) and Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR).
