María Nieto

María, Senior Associate at Araoz & Rueda, advises on all types of commercial transactions, being mainly involved in the renewable energy sector. In particular, she has experience in mergers and acquisitions, as well as in providing recurring advice on corporate and commercial matters.

She is also involved in the preparation and negotiation of contracts for each phase of a renewable energy project.

María did her internship at Araoz & Rueda and joined the firm in 2018 after completing the work experience required for admission to the Madrid Bar Association. Previously, she was a legal trainee at the Spanish Supreme Court and a legal analyst intern at the Bank of Spain.
