Ignacio focuses in the area of real estate, advising in corporate transactions involving real estate aspects, such as the sale and purchase of companies and different real estate assets (hotels, warehouses, residential projects, etc.), including the drafting of lease agreements and addendums (on industrial buildings, offices, premises, etc.). He has also experience in due diligence processes involving real estate matters.
Before joining our firm Ignacio worked as an associate in the Real Estate and Corporate Department of López-Ibor (October 2021 – October 2024).
