Arturo advises on litigation matters, including contractual litigation, enforcement of judicial orders and bankruptcy proceedings, acting for both national and international clients. He also participates in due diligence processes in real estate transactions and in the acquisition of non-performing loans for private equity funds.
Arturo joined Araoz & Rueda in 2021. Before joining our firm he worked as an associate in the Litigation Department of Dentons Madrid.
